GROUP BOOKING PROCEDURE
Submit the guest information form. Verify all information is entered correctly and matches the guest’s government-issued identification (passport for international travel). This is an important step! The airlines/resorts will charge a fee to change any name that has not been entered correctly.
After submitting your information check your email. You will receive a link to verify your information, accept the terms and conditions, submit payment information for your initial deposit, and access your client portal. It can take up to 24hrs to receive this link.
Make all additional payments via your LAND TO SEA TRAVEL client portal. This link will be emailed to you with your initial booking confirmation. You may “PRE-APPROVE” payments in advance or schedule them on the day you want them processed. After each payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pricing is per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Specific bedding types (1 King or 2 Double beds) can be requested but are not guaranteed.

You can schedule payments in your client portal. You will receive a link to your client portal once you submit your initial booking request form. The preapprove payment button will look like the image below this text.
To reserve your package all guests must pay the minimum required deposit.

WHICH DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED TO TRAVEL?
A VALID PASSPORT
International Travel: All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department’s Consular website at www.dhs.gov.
Before you travel, make sure you also know the entry requirements of your destination country which can be found by visiting the country’s consulate or embassy web site. Airlines may require special or additional documentation for children traveling without their legal guardian beyond what is mandated by the destination country. We encourage you to contact your air carrier for clarification.
All customers traveling both internationally and domestically are required to present proper identification upon flight check-in and when clearing security or Customs. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features because of denied boarding situations.
