GROUP BOOKING PROCEDURE

STEP 1

Submit the guest information form. Verify all information is entered correctly and matches the guest’s government-issued identification (passport for international travel). This is an important step! The airlines/resorts will charge a fee to change any name that has not been entered correctly or cancel the booking and require you to rebook at the prevailing rate.

STEP 2

After submitting your information check your email. You will receive a link to verify your information (Spelling of names, D.O.B., Passport Information etc.), accept the terms and conditions, submit payment information for your initial deposit, and access your client portal. It can take up to 24hrs to receive this link.

STEP 3

Applying Initial Deposit & Additional Payments

2 options

Option 1 – Make all additional payments via your LAND TO SEA TRAVEL client portal. This link will be emailed to you with your initial booking confirmation. You may “PRE-APPROVE” payments in advance or schedule them on the day you want them processed. After each payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

Option 2 – Apply your payment directly via Moon Palace Resorts Group portal. This link will also be emailed to you.

GUARANTEE POLICY

The non-refundable total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card at the time of booking. This same credit card must be shown to the front desk attendant upon checking in, along with a picture ID. The name of the cardholder must be the same name on the reservation. If for any reason we are not able to complete the transaction, one of our reservation agents will be in touch with you by email to finalize the transaction.

Please note that check-in time is 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Hotel Policies and Payment Procedures

  • Free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty. For cancellations, modification of travel dates made within 6 days of arrival, or no-shows, guests will be charged a one-night penalty.

Early Departure Policy

  • For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to their bill.
  • Where an early departure penalty is applied, the remaining balance will be reimbursed within 14-21 business days.

Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica Country, without giving effect to any principles or legislation of conflicts of law, and you accept this by using this web site.

A VALID PASSPORT

International Travel: All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. Before you travel, make sure you also know the entry requirements of your destination country which can be found by visiting the country’s consulate or embassy web site. Airlines may require special or additional documentation for children traveling without their legal guardian beyond what is mandated by the destination country. All customers traveling both internationally and domestically are required to present proper identification upon flight check-in and when clearing security or Customs. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features because of denied boarding situations.
